| Sign up on-line before December 31, 2011, and save! The first player registering in each famliy is the "Primary" player, each additional familymember registering for the 2012 season pays the "secondary" player price. Prices are $100/$90 before Jan. 1, $110/$100 after Jan 1, and $130/$120 after th last scheduled registration event. |
| If you're using our On-Line Registration, once you've completed the payment process please go to the HANDOUTS link to the left and download the SHLL Registration forms. You'll need to bring the completed registration form with you to any of the sign up dates, or the first two tryout dates shown on the SHLL Calendar, along with a birth certificate and 3 forms of "Proof of Residency" clearly showing the current address of the players family (see below for more info). |
| A birth certificate is required for all players. Acceptable ID/Proof of Residency documents (3 required) include: Drivers License, Voter Registration Card, School records, Welfare/Child Care records, State, Federal, or Municipal records, Child Support records, Mortgage/Rent payment records, Utility Bills (no more than 1), Insurance Documents, Medical records, Military records, and Vehicle Registration records. |
